Defined Fitness Running Club is a for anyone interested in improving there running skills from beginner to
advanced. For those interested in competing in 5k, 10k, 1/2 marathons, or full marathons we offer group and individual
training for you. We also have informal group runs for those looking to just get into shape through running but have
no interest in competing. Our running coaches are All American track athletes with road racing experience that make
the training fun and effective.

We also offer beginner Triathlon programs for those interested in taking their endurance training beyond running.
The triathlon is multifaceted event challenging your swimming, biking, and running abilities. Individualized
or small group training is recommended for those wanting to compete in a triathlon. Prior swimming experience is recommended.
